Dishwashers at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. are essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Ensure all sanitation guidelines are followed
• Assist kitchen staff with tasks as needed, including trash disposal and stocking
• Keep dishwashing station well-organized and clean at all times
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
