Dental Hygienist We invite you to join our private family dental practice in Franklin, MA as a part-time hygienist. Our office boasts a relaxed work environment and employs Dentrix software. The part-time schedule includes Wednesday and Thursday 9-6, and one Saturday a month 8-2. We provide competitive wages one-hour patient appointments, and a one-hour lunch break. The position is slated to begin on 10/1, with the potential for an earlier start date. Title Dental Hygienist Job Description Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and apply fluoride/sealants Take and review dental radiographs Conduct periodontal screenings and charting Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive care strategies Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate findings to the dentist Follow infection control protocols and maintain operatory sterilization Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RDH license in good standing CPR/BLS certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality care Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with [your dental software, e.g., Dentrix] preferred but not required Benefits: Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly compensation Supportive and respectful team environment Modern, well-equipped office We look forward to welcome a new team member.
