For builders, problem-solvers, and people who want to make a real impact, this is a rare opportunity to help transform how the world makes things.Impact in this role:As an Associate Technical Program Manager II, you'll play a key role in managing high-mix, low-volume projects, ensuring seamless execution from customer requirements to final delivery. By bridging the gap between our U.S.-based customers and US based manufacturing partners, you'll ensure production runs smoothly, meets specifications, and stays on budget—while continuously driving process improvements.Areas of Responsibility:Project Management – Manage projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.Risk Mitigation - Mitigate risks and coordinate with various stakeholders (internally and externally) in order to ensure the on-time delivery of an order to the builders' design specifications.Work Order Assignment – Take ownership of scheduling and overseeing the distribution of your assigned manufacturing work orders to members of our manufacturing partner network in order to fulfill our builders' orders on time.Production Issue Resolution – Answer open technical questions that our manufacturers may have around how best to manufacture the parts, and build the products that we have assigned to them.Change Order Management – Ensure post-sale change requests from all stakeholders are evaluated, and appropriately implemented while mitigating any associated risks.Continuous Improvement – Identifying areas of improvement and driving tactical and strategic improvements to the Technical Project Management workflow.Communication Management - Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvementsDesired Traits:A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant work experienceHands-on knowledge of CNC machining (a must) and other manufacturing processes like 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabricationPMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Strong project management skills: scoping, timing, quality control, testing, and logisticsSkilled at managing multiple stakeholders - aligning expectations and communications through project completion.Self-starter: works independently, manages time well, detail-oriented, documentation-focused, data-driven decisionsA data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvementAdaptable/gritty in ambiguous processes; builds systems that are both repeatable and flexibleStrong problem-solver, results-oriented, urgency-driven on tight deadlinesStrong English communicator, multicultural work experience is a plus.Open to working night shifts.We're actively seeking teammates who:Bring diverse perspectives and experience to our culture and company.Excel at being part of a strong, empathetic team.Thrive in an environment emphasizing respect, honesty, collaboration, and growth.Have an 'always learning' mindset that celebrates learning, not just wins.Help us continue to build a world-class organization that values the contributions of all of our teammatesWe encourage applications from members of underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, members of the LGBTQ community, people of color, people with disabilities, and veterans.
