We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.

Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional construction-related training or certifications preferred.

Experience Requirements Previous construction project management experience required. Experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Construction Project Manager, or similar leadership role strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Strong scheduling, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties Lead daily on-site construction activities and project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, equipment, and field crews. Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses on time. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Conduct daily site walkthroughs to evaluate progress, quality, and safety. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines or costs. Coordinate sequencing between multiple trades and project phases. Verify materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed. Maintain project documentation, reports, and job-site records. Assist with inspections, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities. Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones with leadership teams. Promote and enforce job-site safety standards and procedures.

Physical Capabilities Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Frequent walking, standing, climbing, bending, and navigating active construction sites. Ability to lift, carry, and move construction-related materials and equipment as needed. Must be able to wear required PPE and safely access all areas of a construction site.
