Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular ICU

Position Overview Join a collaborative and compassionate team in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), where your expertise—and your heart—make a meaningful impact. We’re seeking an open‑minded, eager‑to‑learn Registered Nurse to join us in a part‑time night shift role, working two 12‑hour night shifts per week. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a high‑acuity environment and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care during the critical overnight hours. As a CVICU RN, you’ll care for a diverse and complex patient population, including individuals recovering from open‑heart, abdominal, and vascular surgeries, as well as patients experiencing cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure, COPD, and other serious conditions. Your skills and compassion will support patients and families when they need it most, while you work alongside a dedicated, team‑focused group of night shift professionals. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, UHS Wilson Medical Center Primary Work Shift: Night Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24 Compensation Range: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience Sign‑On Bonus Up to a $25,000 sign‑on bonus for candidates who meet eligibility criteria.
