• HVAC TECHNICIAN (Queens)
Starting Pay: $25.00/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
- Service, repair, and install plumbing and heating systems.
- Replace and maintain water heaters, boilers, backflow devices, valves, and controls.
- Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and troubleshooting.
- Complete service calls independently.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding service needs and job status.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing and heating system issues.
- Maintain professional workmanship and customer service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years of plumbing/HVAC service experience.
- Strong knowledge of hot water and steam systems.
- Knowledge of gas piping and hydronic systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout NYC.
- Ability to provide basic tools necessary for the position.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Backflow, boiler, or related certifications preferred.
