All of our products are constructed of quality materials to ensure durability and longevity.Rochester products are sold to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) & distributors in the following markets: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATEI OVERVIEW The Warehouse Associateis responsible for assistingin thelogisticsof receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory.They ensure the warehouseoperatesefficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies. Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately. Organize andmaintaininventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies. Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet customer requirements. Inspect products for defects ordamageand ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Actively supports the defined goals andobjectivesof the company. Projects a professional, total-quality image in all aspects of this position. Performs other duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Proven experience in warehouse operations. Ability tooperatewarehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. Strong organizational and time-management skills . Physical ability to lift or move heavy products. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. PCBAfirmware and software programming desirable training Good oral and written business communication skills. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Up to10% travel may be required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, employees may be required towalkfor prolonged periods of time,frequentlybending, climbing, rotating, squatting, reaching, kneeling,or stooping, lifting up to25pounds, andperiods of computer use.
