Homeowner Service Manager

As a critical company representative, you will work directly with our homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will use your knowledge and skills to evaluate the situation, complete minor repairs and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors. 2+ years of related experience and/or training required. Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. A bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. You can look forward to professional support, an hourly rate between $39.42 - $41.83 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days and 3 personal days, eligibility for overtime, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
