Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $45,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000 a year. Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $50,000 and our top earners made $50,000 in commission last year. Hybrid opportunity available after probationary training and based off of experience. Requirements Licensing: A current Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the insurance industry, is beneficial. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients. Customer Focus: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs.
