Construction Sales Representative

Job Description Heavy Equipment/Construction Sales Pay $78,500-$90,00 annually DOE Job Summary Central Machinery Sales is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment/Construction Sales person to join our Pasco, WA team. As a Heavy Equipment/Construction Salesperson, you will be responsible for building a strong relationship with current and potential customers seeking to purchase or lease large heavy‑duty construction and farm equipment. Duties Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers Install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment Collaborate with sales team to identify new market opportunities Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, working with local contractors Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications Previous experience in technical sales or equipment sales preferred Strong knowledge of technology sales and market trends Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team At Central Machinery Sales we value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary package along with commission. We are a full service dealer for Case Construction and CaseIH Agriculture equipment featuring factory trained and equipped service personnel for in the field or in the shop repairs. We carry over $4.5 million in parts inventory, including concrete/contractor supplies. Central Machinery Sales is your dealer for the following product lines: Case IH, Case Construction, Kuhn, JCB, Schulte, Great Plains, MacDon, Freeman, JBS Spreaders, Yanmar, Allied Construction Products, PSM, Unverferth, Indeco, Degelman and many others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
