Production Manager

Vanguard National Trailer

Vanguard National Trailer is a premier manufacturer of trailers for North America. Position: Production Manager Duties: Ensure and Maintain Safety programs. Establish and Maintain 5 “S” program & audits for all Plant 9 areas. Ensure that all lines are adequately staffed Ensure that all lines are planned for upcoming schedule. Develop good, professional communication with all personnel. Relay pertinent information to departments as needed. Direct supervision of personnel Communicate effectively with supervisors or coordinators to ensure good product flow. Other duties as required. Prepare any budgets for Appropriation Requests generation due to expansion, replacement or repair. Skills: Good oral and written communication abilities. Organized Self-Motivated Personable, patient, firm and fair. Experience: Ten years minimum in manufacturing and welding. Knowledge and experience working with Trailer Suspensions, Axles and Equipment modifications Supervisory experience preferred. Education: Minimum High School Diploma #J-18808-Ljbffr Vanguard National Trailer
