MudBugs Bar & Grill is opening soon in Frisco! If you are passionate about customer service and the restaurant culture; are able to work (either full time or part time) days, nights, weekends, holidays, and alternating shifts; and want to have fun while working the crowd, keep reading! As a Server with MudBugs Bar & Grill, you will: Be the primary point of contact for our guests and ensure a positive dining experience. Embody a warm and hospitable disposition that fits in with our Louisiana Vibe. Help guests feel welcome, important, and relaxed by being proactive and attentive to their needs. More specifically you will: Introduce menu choices, features and specials. Make thoughtful culinary, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverage suggestions. Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies, and accurately transpose guest order sheets to the restaurant POS. Accept payments, issue accurate receipts, and return change promptly.Run food from the expo area ensuring food is delivered to accurate table numbers. Set up section, pantry, and server stations paying attention to detail and aesthetics. Monitor food quality and presentation standards and ensure prevention methods are thoroughly executed to avoid food contamination. Come join a team passionate about food and fun!
