Location: 100 N Warner Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406 About the Role: As a Retail Sales Associate at Curaleaf, you’ll be the face of our brand and the go-to expert for customers, helping them explore our cannabis products and delivering top-tier service with every interaction. You’ll create a welcoming, informative, inclusive, and engaging experience to help guests find the right products for their needs. What You’ll Do Customer Experience & Teamwork Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience. Build genuine connections, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice. Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs. Collaborate with the team to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat store atmosphere. Operations & Store Standards Open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations. Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked, from the sales floor to the backroom. Support inventory tasks like restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products. Meet daily sales goals by upselling, leveraging product knowledge, and building trust. Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout to boost satisfaction. Stay on top of promotions and product updates to ensure a seamless experience. Remain agile in a fast-paced retail environment and take on extra duties as needed. What You’ll Bring A high school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role with a focus on service and satisfaction. Minimum 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers and team members. Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools for daily operations and engagement. Solid time management and organizational skills; de-escalation and a calm, solution-oriented approach to customer concerns. Basic proficiency in math and computer applications to support transactions and reporting. Positive, proactive mindset in resolving customer issues and delivering a great guest experience. Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Initiative and a team-first attitude to support store leadership and contribute to success. A natural ability to build rapport and lasting customer relationships. Collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team environment. Even Better If You Have Background in a sales role with KPI tracking and meeting sales targets. Familiarity with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment processes. Experience in a regulated retail setting. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform essential job functions.
