How You Will Make a Difference Your leadership will influence customer focus, talent development, vision and purpose, accountability, effective communication, and strategic results. What You Need To Make a Difference Current LNHA license in the state of your location. Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility. Demonstrated success in previous LNHA experience measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
