Competitive base pay (based on experience) Quarterly bonuses + commission Career growth opportunities Supportive leadership & team What You’ll Be Doing You’ll oversee the full operation of your community, including: Leading and motivating your leasing and maintenance team in a positive, goal-driven environment Create strong relationships with current and future residents Market and advertise vacancies to keep your community thriving Manage budget, rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting Oversee property appearance, performance, and maintenance coordination Handle resident concerns, evictions, and compliance with regulations Schedule unit turns and walk units for completion Partner with your Regional Manager Team to hit performance goals Build relationships that help expand business opportunities What We’re Looking For You’re someone who brings energy, organization, and leadership to everything you do: Exceptional customer service skills and a team-first mindset Proven ability (or strong desire) to lead and inspire a team Strong multitasking and communication skills Highly organized with excellent time management Comfortable using MS Office Knowledge of property management rules, regulations, and best practices Perks & Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Referral Program Commission & Bonus Pay Schedule & Details Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (9:30am-6pm on days with no leasing staff) 8-hour shifts, some additional may be required as needed On-site role (not remote) Multiple locations Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Property Management experience (1 year required) Management experience (1 year required) Valid Driver’s License Ready to join a company that’s growing fast and doing things right?
