Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30-19:00 Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License Certifications: BSN preferred Must-Have: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and GYN. Description: This position involves working in a multi-specialty operating room. The department conducts various surgical procedures, including open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries. Typical procedures include appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and bariatric surgeries. Additionally, the role encompasses total knee and hip replacements, trauma orthopedic surgeries, laparoscopic hysterectomies, and emergent interventions. Ideal candidates should exhibit strong teamwork skills and have the initiative and drive to contribute actively during procedures. Candidates with experience in ENT and vascular surgery (non-cardiac) as well as pediatrics will be considered favorably. On-call duties are required, including one weekend a month.
