Hybrid | Full-Time | Salary Up to $180,000 + Bonus + Benefits About the Opportunity A rapidly growing, advisor-focused wealth management and investment platform is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to join its investment team. This individual will serve as a key relationship partner to financial advisors while supporting portfolio management, investment consulting, onboarding, and client portfolio strategy initiatives. Position Overview The Client Portfolio Manager will serve as the primary investment contact for a dedicated group of financial advisors and their clients. This role blends relationship management, investment consulting, portfolio oversight, and operational collaboration to help advisors deliver sophisticated wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate is highly consultative, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing portfolio strategy, market trends, asset allocation, and investment implementation with advisors and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Advisor Relationship Management Serve as the primary investment relationship manager for an assigned group of advisors Build long-term relationships through proactive communication, portfolio reviews, and ongoing consultation Conduct quarterly reviews, strategy meetings, and ad hoc portfolio discussions with advisors Communicate market updates, portfolio positioning, and investment recommendations in a clear, client-friendly manner Support advisors with customized portfolio solutions for high-net-worth clients Monitor portfolios for drift, risk exposure, and alignment with client objectives Assist with onboarding new advisory relationships and transitioning client assets onto the platform Partner with internal investment and trading teams to execute investment strategies efficiently Help develop and distribute investment commentary, market updates, and educational content Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, compliance, planning, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client experience Coordinate with financial planners and advisors to align investment recommendations with comprehensive planning goals Support operational initiatives, workflow improvements, and investment process enhancements Participate in strategic projects and platform growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in wealth management, investment management, financial planning, or advisor consulting Strong understanding of investment markets, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and wealth management principles Experience working directly with advisors and/or high-net-worth clients preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Series 65 license or Series 7 & 66 preferred CFA, CFP®, CAIA, or progress toward advanced credentials strongly preferred Preferred Experience Experience within an RIA, TAMP, OCIO, or outsourced investment platform environment Familiarity with portfolio management and trading systems such as Orion, Eclipse, Addepar, APX, or similar platforms Exposure to high-net-worth portfolio solutions including tax-managed strategies, alternatives, or annuity integration Experience creating investment commentary, advisor education materials, or market insights Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contribution Generous paid time off and holidays Hybrid work flexibility Professional development and credential sponsorship opportunities Collaborative and growth-oriented culture Exposure to senior investment leadership and strategic initiatives Why Join This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative and rapidly expanding wealth management platform where advisors and investment professionals work together to deliver a sophisticated client experience.
