Senior Manager, HR Business Partner – Commercial

Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Pay: $75/hour

Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to support the U.S. Commercial organization of a leading global healthcare company.

This position will partner directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations, providing hands-on HR support in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience serving as a dedicated HR Business Partner to a sizable commercial organization, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with commercial leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to support business and workforce priorities.
• Provide hands-on guidance regarding employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support compensation planning, merit cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Advise leaders on organizational changes, employee development, and talent management strategies.
• Manage day-to-day HRBP responsibilities while balancing longer-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other internal partners to execute HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a hands-on HR Business Partner supporting corporate commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience partnering with leaders across sizable employee populations in a matrixed organization.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or a closely related industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage HRBP responsibilities while serving as a trusted advisor to business leadership.
• Experience working directly with commercial business leaders rather than exclusively supporting HR operations or administrative functions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
