Join an Award-Winning Design Firm\nCBB Design Firm is seeking an exceptional Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing, award-winning luxury interior design firm in beautiful Morganton, North Carolina.
\nWe are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented design professional who combines technical expertise, creative vision, and a passion for exceptional cabinetry and kitchen and bath design.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic firm working on high-end residential and commercial projects alongside a talented team of designers, architects, and project managers.
Qualifications & Requirements\n- \n
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen and bath design experience \n
- Wood-Mode and Medallion Cabinetry training/certification and demonstrated product proficiency required \n
- Advanced proficiency in 2020 Design software required \n
- Extensive knowledge of custom cabinetry, construction methods, materials, and finishes \n
- Ability to produce accurate cabinet layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, and specifications \n
- Experience with cabinetry ordering, pricing, and manufacturer requirements \n
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath construction, installation, and project coordination \n
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client presentation skills \n
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept through installation \n
- NKBA certification (AKBD or CKBD) highly preferred \n

- Lead the design and development of luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry projects \n
- Create detailed designs, technical drawings, renderings, and specifications using 2020 Design \n
- Prepare accurate cabinetry quotes, orders, and manufacturer documentation \n
- Collaborate with clients, builders, architects, and internal project management teams \n
- Coordinate cabinetry selections, finishes, hardware, and functional design details \n
- Review all orders and specifications for accuracy prior to submission \n
- Oversee design coordination through production and installation \n
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining project timelines and quality standards \n
