Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. The Rehab PTA delivers evidence-based treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and educating patients and families. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment with strong clinical resources and growth opportunities.
