Baystate Dental of Greenfield is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist to work with our amazing team in our state-of-the-art facility, located in Greenfield, MA. Compensation & Incentives

• $48-$52/hour
• Start with a guaranteed base rate of $48-$52/hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn 33% of your net production when it exceeds your guaranteed hourly compensation with the difference paid as a production true-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Local Anesthesia certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
