Billing Operations Manager — DSO & UAR Improvement
BDO USA
BDO USA is seeking a Credit to Cash Operations Manager to lead the billing team, refine policies, and reduce unbilled receivables. You will partner with FP&A and leadership to implement improvements and train staff across sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in billing, and strong communication, mentoring, and analytical skills.
