Strategic Director, Physician Compensation & Contracts
Atlantic Health Services
Atlantic Health is seeking a Director of Compensation and Contracting to lead physician compensation programs and provider employment agreements across the system. You will align designs with strategy, regulatory requirements, and financial sustainability while advising executive leadership.
You will oversee contract lifecycles, compliance with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, and develop budgets, analytics, and governance processes.
