About the Role:
Join KW FAMILY LEGACY LLC as a Direct Care Worker in Sacaton AZ area, where your compassion and dedication will make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need. We are looking for passionate individuals to support our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status.
- Support clients in social and recreational activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in direct care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
