Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Generate shipping labels and invoices using relevant software
- Track and update shipment status to ensure timely delivery
- Daily KPI & Container data entry
- Handle administrative related task. This includes all administrative issues related to ordering office supplies, contacting vendors and landlords, etc.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Assist with scanning daily outbound orders by using a scan gun
- Assist with labeling orders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
- Computer literate; Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to learn and be Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a MUST, or Spanish and English is a MUST.
