To support a growing financial services team, the contract Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute candidate identification and screening strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain recruitment metrics while working remotely from the East Coast. Key responsibilities Create and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates through sourcing efforts and referrals Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commitment to hiring goals Negotiate offers in collaboration with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders Required qualifications A minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting experience Bachelor's degree preferred Proven ability to develop successful relationships in a virtual capacity Hands-on fluency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other key recruitment tools
