General Liability Associate | White Plains, NY | Hybrid | $210K

Seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 3–7 years of post-bar experience and an active New York bar. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.

Our client is a national civil-defense firm with a White Plains office covering Westchester and downstate New York. You get New York-quality general liability work without a five-day Manhattan commute. The firm tries cases. Key Duties:

• Defend general liability and premises claims in Westchester and surrounding New York courts
\n
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
\n
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
\n
• Advise carriers on exposure and resolution
\n
• Run files from assignment through close
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• JD and active New York bar
\n
• 3–7 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience
\n
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
\n
• Deposition and writing experience
\n
