Make an impact by supporting elementary students with mild to moderate behavioral needs in a vibrant school setting near Santa Rosa. This rewarding full-time contract position runs through the end of the school year, offering an opportunity to empower students and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid California CTC Certification in Mild/Moderate Special Education (required)
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary students with behavioral challenges
- Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
- Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and interventions to address academic and behavioral goals
- Develop supportive learning environments for students with mild/moderate needs
- Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress
- Collect and analyze data to monitor and report on individual student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement
In addition to a fulfilling role, you’ll receive a competitive pay rate ranging from $45 to $55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
