The ideal candidate will be passionate about planning and executing a wide variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community activities. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives. Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and service providers. Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, catering, and audiovisual needs. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
