What You'll Be Doing

As a Crew Leader, you'll set the standard every day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading a residential mowing crew
• Setting the pace and tone for the team
• Mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Training and coaching crew members
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed
• Operating commercial mowing equipment
• Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
• Communicating with operations throughout the day
• Solving problems and taking ownership of your route
• Assisting with professional snow removal during the winter season

At SPC, you're responsible for more than mowing grass.

You're responsible for creating an experience our customers can count on.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders—not just experienced operators.

Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lead by example
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Dakota weather
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Previous crew leadership experience
• Commercial mowing experience
• Experience pulling trailers
• Experience operating zero-turn or stand-on mowers
• Snow removal experience
