Recruiter Customer Service
$20 - $30 per hourProfessional Staff Northwest
This is not a remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for a variety of roles across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates quickly, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conducting Interviews: Arrange and conduct in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, determine qualifications, and set expectations for candidate profiles.
Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and ensuring timely communication.
Job Offer Management: Extend job offers and handle the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and their statuses in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to attract top-tier talent. Position is fulltime, hourly position with bonus opportunity. Ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, exceptional phone voice, professional demeanor, passion for working with people and a highly motivated attitude. Training provided if not experienced in staffing industry but have most all other qualifications listed. Bilingual English/Spanish highly encouraged to apply.
Hours are primarily Monday through Friday daytime office schedule- This is not a remote position. Pay is $20-$30hr plus bonus and competitive benefit package depending on candidate.
