We are seeking a seasoned and collaborative Medical Director (MD/DO) to join a growing healthcare organization in Butte, Montana . This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities while serving a diverse patient population in a close-knit community.

Role Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in assigned facilities
️ Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical standards and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and reporting requirements
Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff including NPs and PAs
Participate in care coordination and quality outcomes analysis
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics)
️ Active or eligible Montana medical license
️ Prior leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
️ Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
