This is a paid training position designed to develop future Crew Chiefs and leaders within our organization.No prior cleaning experience is required. We provide hands-on training and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working directly with customers in their homes.Career Path & Earnings PotentialCleaning Technician Trainee (First 90 Days)This position is a paid training role designed to prepare employees for future advancement opportunities within our organization.During your first 90 days, you will work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs while learning our cleaning processes, customer service standards, equipment operation, and sales techniques.
