This role is ideal for an account manager with experience servicing business accounts in the Norfolk area. They are seeking a professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of higher end small-medium commercial accounts Process new submissions efficiently Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing. Utilize AMS 360 software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively. What You Bring: 5+ years of commercial lines experience preferred Active Property & Casualty license Proficiency in AMS 360 Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset Why Join?
