Registered Nurse (Rn) - Emergency Department (Ed)We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED) to deliver high-quality emergency care in a busy acute care hospital environment in Hudson, FL. This role requires strong assessment skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency cases while ensuring patient safety and comfort.In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and manage patient conditions, while providing timely interventions and patient education.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department based on clinical protocols and physician ordersConduct continuous patient assessments and reassess after interventionsAdminister medications, treatments, and emergency procedures accuratelyPrioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical urgencyRespond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate when necessaryEducate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all care providedFollow hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing best practicesRequired Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseNursing Diploma or equivalentBLS (required within 30 days of hire)ACLS (required within 30 days of hire)PALS or ENPC (required within 6 months)Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required within 6 months)TNCC (required within 1 year)Compensation & Benefits:Hourly Pay Range: $33.85 - $47.02Night Shift Differential: $4.75/hour$15,000 Sign-On BonusFull-time benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Opportunity to work in a high-acuity, supportive ED environment
