EDUCATION • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. • Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline CERTIFICATIONS • [Include information as needed.] WORK EXPERIENCE • Some prior experience in business management, information systems, or related field • Experience working in banking and/or financial services preferred FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite • Proficient in developing briefing materials, administrative, and logistics support FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS • Communicates effectively • Identifies multiple paths to success through the development of analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Exercises sound judgement and strives for continuous improvement • Demonstrates optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas • Learns while doing • Actively listens and asks thoughtful questions • Leverages available technology to achieve efficiency and results • Engages inclusively and with intent • Always acts with integrity • Analytical thinking • Iterative problem-solving • Serving as a trusted advisor • Strong organizational, and critical thinking skills • Ability to consistently use good independent judgment, organize thoughts, and make decisions under time constraints • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams RESPONSIBILITIES • Be a thought partner with leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, planning, and special projects • Collaborate with business partners and leadership to understand gaps and process improvements to enhance business operations • Effectively communicate with management and business partners regarding business risks and opportunities • Coordinate preparation and execution for key meetings, develop presentation materials, coordinate with stakeholders for contributing materials, track post-meeting decisions, outcomes, and action items • Drive progress in executing the overall cyber strategy through analysis, partner management, communication, and ideate recommendations on how to execute strategic goals including: • -Partner with stakeholders to monitor and achieve annual targets • -Identify and drive process improvement initiatives and organizational structure changes • Lead cross-functional projects to make data driven decisions and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization • Provides support in developing and executing the overall cyber strategy • Prepare material for business reviews and other presentations to communicate performance, strategy, and objectives of the business to a broad audience (e.g. quarterly business reviews, annual board reports) • Perform ad-hoc analyses and create effective PowerPoint presentations
