Medical Assistant, Certified

As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you will support patients and community members receiving care in our facilities. Your work will contribute to the mission of making communities healthier. Responsibilities Accurately identify patient needs and document basic medical history. Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Assist during medical examinations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required within 60 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. One year of experience preferred.
