Material Handler – 2nd Shift |

Location: San Diego, CA 92121

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hour DOE

In this role, you will support warehouse and manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records in a cGMP-regulated environment . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience who thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Process inventory transactions accurately using inventory management systems.
Pick and stage materials for production work orders.
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
Ensure accurate labeling, counting, staging, and storage of materials.
Operate material handling equipment including:
Sit-down forklifts
Stand-up forklifts
Side-loader forklifts
Pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Work safely in narrow aisles and cold storage environments.
Follow all cGMP, SOP, and company safety guidelines.
Assist with training team members as needed.
Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
Forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up, or side-loader) is highly preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or cGMP environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
