Segment Head - BFSI Cyber SecuritySLPA 432787Locations: Edison, NJ / Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC Travel: 40%Domain: BFSIJob DescriptionResponsible for end to end Cyber Security Services Revenue growth, Upsell and Cross sell, revenue target achievement, Customer stakeholder management, Sourcing, programs delivery management and governance including QBR and Resource management. The candidate will need to possess Cyber Security technical knowledge with expertise in three or more domains like IAM, Network Security, Cloud Security, Data Security and good knowledge of rest including GRC, MDR etc. Experience in Cyber Security Delivery, Sales, Operations, Consulting and revenue management is expected. Responsibilities: • Overall owner and accountable for Cyber Security services across cluster of accounts• Work in Tandem with Sales Partner and Offshore Delivery Partner to ensure continuous growth through upsell/Cross sell and successful program and service delivery• Manage and hold all stakeholders accountable and responsible for Cyber Security growth and customer delight• Build customer relationship and setup regular connect to ensure governance and business development with external and Internal customers• Upsell and cross sell across existing accounts and whitespaces• Work with Sales and PreSales team on RFI/RFPs to ensure complete understanding of scope of work, alignment with SoW for Delivery• Forecast and track revenue targets• Ensure Delivery Excellence and meeting of CSS Targets• Ensure Program delivery plan development, resource loading plan, onboarding plan• Ramp up teams from internal, external and trainee pool to ensure timely fulfillment's• Ensure understanding of Customer requirements, position/job description, Activities to be undertaken• Ensure Right Talent is acquired and retained• Negotiate with customers and get their buy-in for talent deployment• Facilitate a culture of learning and trust• Facilitate and track trainings and learning opportunities• Provide guidance and be a mentor to team members / Monitor and evaluate team member performance• Provide continuous feedback to all team membersQualifications:• 13+ years of relevant experience • Bachelors Degree• Good understanding of Global delivery, Sales and Revenue management• Good knowledge of Banking, Financial Sector, and Insurance industry• Ability to quickly learn new technologies• Certifications: CISSP / CCSP• Strong PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Skills• Ability to prepare quality reports• Ability to handle difficult discussions and negotiate outcomes in the best interest of the customer and the consulting company• Ability to represent during RFP defense and solutioning• Ability to work in a Global delivery model• Willingness to travelBehavioral:• Possess strong analytical thinking and critical thinking skills; and a proven ability to take a large complex problem, and break it down into smaller manageable stories• Must be a go-getter with ownership mindset• Have Strong business acumen and customer centric mindset• Be a leader and take ownership and accountability for assigned actions• Be proactive, having a mindset of taking actions to closure, ability to anticipate problems in advance and take corrective actions• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision• Ability to influence others and negotiate < /li>• Detail oriented with strong communication skills• Excellent business problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate at all levels of customer organization• Ability to build trust with all stakeholders• Ability to take decisions with a Win-win outcome• Ability to create strategy and plan• Must have learning aptitude and keep close to current technologies• Have a Leadership mindset to ensure self and team growth• Be a leader, have strategic thinking and the ability to come up with improvements in current ways of working, improve, and forge new relationships Salary Range: $170k - $220k bonus 20%
