We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cooks to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will prepare nutritious, high-quality meals while creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. Your passion for food, teamwork, and hospitality will help make every meal meaningful.

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.

• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served in an appealing and timely manner.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety.

• Follow all food handling, storage, and infection control procedures.

• Assist with meal preparation, production, and cleanup.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

• Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to provide exceptional customer service.

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.

• Adhere to all Morningside Elite Management policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

• Flexible scheduling

• Every other weekend required

• Competitive pay

  • $750 for full-time employee referrals

  • $375 for part-time employee referrals

• Deficiency-Free Annual Survey Bonus

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous cooking experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Passion for serving seniors through exceptional food and hospitality.
