Job Description

GENERAL LABOR ASSOCIATE

We are currently hiring a General Laborer to work in a warehouse environment painting and finishing wooden posts used for construction projects. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

General Laborer Pay/Benefits:

$18/hour

General Laborer Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

General Laborer Job Duties:

Paint wooden posts using roller brushes
Apply caulking and other finishing materials as needed
Handle and move 4x4 and 6x6 wooden posts
Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow company safety procedures and work instructions

General Laborer Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 40-75 pounds consistently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
