Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech

Good communication skills.
Attitude of helpfulness and teamwork strongly preferred.
Description:
This position requires an Interventional Radiology Tech.
The facility has 874 licensed beds and is a Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospital.
The department averages 25-30 patients per day.
Adult and pediatric patients from emergency departments, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatients are common.
Travelers are accepted, including first-time travelers.
Department support includes a lead tech, modality supervisor, and Imaging Manager.
The team is diverse, ranging from new graduates to experienced professionals.
Technology used includes EMR: EPIC and various Siemens and Canon bi-plane equipment.
There is no floating to other departments.
Shift rotations will not occur between weekends and weekdays.
Travelers will stay on day shifts as per contract.
On-call schedules will vary with fair rotation among full-time, part-time, PRN, and traveler teammates.
Holiday coverage is expected unless previously approved off.
Shift times align with staffing needs, and travelers will work the same shifts as agreed.
The department culture emphasizes teamwork and high clinical skill sets.
Technologists will wear black scrubs.
