Labcorp is seeking a remote Sr Reimbursement Analyst III to join our team!

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced analysis of complex payer portfolios to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Interpret payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies to ensure accurate payment application
Develop and recommend strategies to reduce denials, non-response, and revenue leakage
Lead initiatives to address systemic reimbursement issues and drive process improvements
Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reporting for leadership decision-making
Monitor KPIs related to A/R, reimbursement trends, and payer compliance
Serve as a key contact for escalated payer issues and support contract-related discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Payor Relations
Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing training on complex scenarios and best practices
Support automation, reporting enhancements, and process optimization efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years' healthcare revenue cycle experience or Associate degree with 9 years healthcare revenue cycle experience or HS diploma or GED with 11 years healthcare revenue cycle experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years experience with payer contracts and regulatory compliance.
7 + years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis
7+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
7 + years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis
7+ previous experience with data analytics

Proficiency in data analytics tools and revenue cycle systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Demonstrated subject matter expertise and leadership or mentorship experience

Pay Range: $60-75K
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
REMOTE : Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
