Must Haves: Barred in New Mexico. 1-3 years of experience working in a law firm. An interest in civil and commercial litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills. Any exposure to litigation, family law, construction law, real estate / trust litigation (intern/clerk level would be acceptable). Comfortable being a part of trials, court hearings, mediations or being trained in this space. Professional communication, commitment to working hard, and time management skills.
