Software Engineering Manager

We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and support a team building applications across customer-facing, business-to-business, and internal platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer ready to step into management or an early-career engineering manager looking to grow. About the Role Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Partner with Product and Architecture teams to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-impact solutions. Oversee engineering operations, including development workflows, code review processes, deployments, monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices. Remove blockers, improve team efficiency, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects. Provide technical oversight and participate in architectural discussions while driving execution and accountability. Qualifications Strong software engineering background with the ability to contribute to technical decision-making. Experience leading teams, projects, or engineering initiatives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product organizations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
