The organization is primarily macOS based, and the successful candidate must have deep Mac administration experience together with strong hands-on Windows 11 expertise. Based in the Los Angeles office, this position will support employees locally and remotely while partnering with IT colleagues and business teams across international offices and time zones. The role is expected to balance responsive Tier 1 support with longer-term engineering work that improves reliability, standardization, security, automation, and the employee technology experience.
