This position is for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional. Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects. Develops, directs, plans and analyzes financial standing, programs and procedures. Responsible for proper documentation of financial standing for audit and regulatory purposes. Coordinates account and payroll functions. Makes company plans and recommendations based on financial data. Primary Responsibilities: Perform financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans Cost Accounting processes Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances Support Month End Close Record monthly Journal Entries Account Reconciliations Develops analysis on budgets and forecasts SOX testing Audits of financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws, and RTX financial policies Conducts small-scale projects, complex ad hoc analysis Support continuous improvement activities across the Site, using the CORE tools to drive process improvements Creation and Updating various Standard Works Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives Qualifications/Experience Needed: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience

or

an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

or

in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
