Summary: Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Essential: Bachelors Degree Nonessential: Doctoral Degree Education specialization: Pharmacy
- Education equivalent experience: Essential: Required - Bachelors - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy
- Credentials: Essential: Required - Pharmacist - State of Florida; Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists)
- Experience: Nonessential: Acute Care
