EXPRESS LUBE SERVICE ADVISOR

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our dealership team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and can efficiently manage high-volume vehicle traffic while maintaining excellent service standards.The Express Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our quick service department for routine maintenance and light repair services. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and professionally upon arrivalWrite repair orders accurately for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other maintenance servicesRecommend manufacturer maintenance services and additional needed repairsMaintain communication with customers regarding service progress and estimated completion timesCoordinate workflow with technicians to ensure efficient turnaround timesReview completed services with customers and answer questions clearly and professionallyAssist with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service driveHelp achieve department sales and customer satisfaction goalsFollow dealership and manufacturer policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious customer service experience requiredAutomotive service advisor or automotive service experience preferredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and multitasking skillsBasic automotive knowledge preferredComputer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systemsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordWhat We OfferCompetitive pay planMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offOpportunities for advancementPaid trainingSupportive team environmentScheduleThis is a full-time position.
