Assembly Line WorkerAerotek is Hiring for Assembly Line Workers in Lebanon, TN!The Assembly Line Worker performs within the hardware department to assemble, inspect, and test products to meet strict quality standards. This role involves using hand tools, power tools, and rivet guns to install components on toolbox doors and truck bodies while following established safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.ResponsibilitiesWork within the hardware department to assemble and complete products according to specifications and production schedules.Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards before release.Use hand tools and power tools to install hinges on toolbox doors with precision and consistency.Operate rivet guns to install panels on truck bodies, ensuring secure and accurate placement.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with tools, equipment, and materials.Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment throughout the shift.Perform repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and carrying components as part of the assembly process.Work independently to complete assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively as part of a production team.Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support production goals and team performance.Continuously learn and improve assembly techniques, accepting training and feedback to enhance skills.Essential SkillsAbility to lift and carry 40+ lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift.Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools to install hinges on toolbox doors.Ability to safely operate rivet guns to install panels on truck bodies.Strong attention to detail with a clear commitment to producing high-quality work.Consistent attendance and reliability in meeting work schedules and production needs.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a production and shop environment.Comfort working in a manufacturing or assembly setting, including general labor and mechanical assembly tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required.Experience with mechanical assembly, assembling components, and working on an assembly line.Familiarity with production environments and general labor responsibilities.Willingness to learn new skills and processes with on-the-job training provided for candidates with a good attitude and desire to grow.Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment.Comfort working around automotive-style shop conditions, including grease and dust.Why Work Here?Employees benefit from a newer facility built within the last few years and enjoy the stability of a solid, established industry.
